Secure transaction processing and service when you need it. This year, we performed a major upgrade to our two data centers and their associated network/telecommunications, infrastructure and applications to strengthen the security of our payment processing. We also added significant processing capacity to maintain our level of service as your business grows and transaction volumes increase. Additionally, we upgraded our live US-based customer service phone system to ensure you are systematically connected to the right service team, meaning fewer call transfers and shorter hold times.
The purchase of Century Payments. Century is a nationally recognized leader in the payment industry and a long-standing WorldPay partner. With this acquisition, we’ve expanded our ability to develop innovative payment solutions and expand the services we can offer to our customers as the two businesses integrate.
WorldPay featured on 21st Century business news segment. In the segment, WorldPay’s Chief Marketing Officer Patti Newcomer explains our commitment to addressing the payment acceptance challenges many small-to-mid-sized businesses face today – such as the cost, and need for convenience and security in payment processing. The segment aired on Bloomberg International, CNBC and FOX Business Network and included an on-camera testimonial from a WorldPay customer. Click here to watch.
