CrossCheck Services. CrossCheck’s Check Guarantee service deposits approved checks into your bank account and reimburses you for 100% of the face amount (up to $2,000) for any approved item that is returned unpaid. Electronic Check Conversion (ECC) combines the Guarantee service with conversion technology to convert checks into electronic transactions at the point of sale. Checks are voided and returned to the customer at checkout, eliminating manual reconciliation at the end of each shift and settling transactions at the end of the day, giving you faster access to your money.

Certegy Services. Certigy’s Verification and Collection service screens checks for negative information, issuing approvals for nonnegative information and declines for negative information. By adding the Warranty service, you can be reimbursed for 100% of the face value of checks up to your maximum check limit amount. Certegy’s ECC service combines the Warranty service with conversion technology to electronically process and deposit funds for authorized checks.
